SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed by the next working day and despatched no later than the following working day. Delivery options are available at checkout.
UK DELIVERY
We offer Free Delivery on UK orders over £99. Please ensure the delivery address, name, email and contact number are correct.
Undelivered orders returned to us will be refunded less postage costs.
Our Delivery Partners
Royal Mail - Standard Delivery: £4.99 (2-4 Business Days). Express Delivery: £5.99 (1-2 Business Days).
Royal Mail offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it is in transit, with the option to schedule a delivery for a different day. You will receive delivery notifications via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery.
UPS - For Express delivery of specific products.

USA - CANADA - AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES
Shipping
Shipping is via Royal Mail Standard International Service. This is a Tracked and signed service so a signature will be required on delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
The delivery aim is 6-11 working days. This is an estimate and does not include delays caused by Customs processes, which could significantly increase delivery times.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Undelivered orders returned to us will be refunded less the postage costs.
Tax and Customs Duties
USA Import/Duty is calculated at checkout and paid along with your order.
CANADA & AUSTRALIA- Please note that you may be charged tax and customs duties upon entry to your delivery country. If Taxes and Duty are applicable, it is the customer’s responsibility to liaise with customs to receive the goods at the destination.
DONUM EST will not refund orders that have not cleared the destination country's customs authorities or where customs and/or duties have not been paid.
EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY
We currently only ship to Germany, Ireland, Estonia Netherlands, France and Poland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Shipping to the European Union is via Royal Mail Standard International Service. This is a Tracked and signed service so a signature will be required on delivery.
The delivery aim is 3-5 working days. This is an estimate and does not include delays caused by Customs processes, which could significantly increase delivery times.

Orders up to 150 Euros - Your local tax rate will be collected at checkout.
Orders over 150 Euros - Your local tax rate will NOT be collected at checkout. Please note that you may be charged tax and customs duties upon entry to your delivery country.
